As 2009 draws to a close and the New Year approaches, we’ve been thinking of things we can do differently, or better, in the year ahead. Of course we’re not the only ones. Many of our friends, colleagues, and clients are doing likewise. Considering this, it reminds us how important it is to re-visit our understanding of what it is that they want, need, or aspire to be.
If you’re planning to do things differently this year, your customers, stakeholders, or team-mates probably are, as well. Before you make changes based on last year’s assumptions, perhaps a little stock-taking is in order.
Wishing you a better, brighter 2010,
Megann and Steve
